Felicity Birrell

Felicity is an Occupational Therapist with over 25 years’ experience, in clinical, occupational rehabilitation and insurance sectors. While working in clinical settings Felicity was exposed to hand therapy, orthopaedic and neurological caseloads. Work as an Injury Management Advisor across workers compensation and CTP insurance equips Felicity with a strong knowledge of claims and injury management procedures. Felicity has extensive experience in occupational rehabilitation case management to support injured workers achieve their RTW goals in a safe and timely manner. She is also skilled in ergonomic assessments and activities of daily living (ADL) assessments.
